As Managing Director at launchlabs, I help organizations turn complexity into clarity — and clarity into working solutions. With over 19 years rooted in Lean operational excellence and human-centered design, I’ve led innovation projects across Europe, Southeast Asia, Silicon Valley, and the Gulf region.
I combine strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial drive to deliver — whether designing enterprise-wide transformation programs, facilitating C-Suite alignment sessions, or co-developing AI-powered solutions with client teams. I don't just talk innovation — I build it, together with the people who need to carry it forward.
What sets me apart is the ability to read a room, cut through complexity, and move teams from uncertainty to action. Based between Berlin and Jakarta, I bridge European precision with Southeast Asian agility — equally comfortable in a Fortune 500 boardroom and a hands-on prototyping sprint.
